The CROW manual is the Dutch design manual for bicycle facilities. It is often recognized as the gold standard of bicycle facility design. I've excerpted a portion of the 2016 CROW manual and have added highlights and comments to the portions that pertain to advisory bicycle lanes. This can be a useful reference when domestic sources are lacking.
