Mission: The mission of the stakeholder panel is to act as a representative of all the future users of the Edge Lane Road (ELR) Guide. The goal of this panel is to ensure the ELR Guide is a useful tool for entities interested in using ELRs.

Work: To achieve this mission, the panel’s work includes the following:
- Provide initial concerns, questions, comments, etc on ELRs,
- Suggest goals and/or content for the ELR Guide,
- Provide feedback on sections of the ELR Guide as they are developed, and
- Provide feedback on the final ELR Guide and, possibly, webinar content.
